The wicked are filled with aspiration to do evil. Worry Not! It is not prophesied that they will success in their pursuit of global dominance.
Mal 1:4 KJV Whereas Edom saith, We are impoverished, but we will return and build the desolate places; thus saith the LORD of hosts, They shall build, but I will throw down; and they shall call them, The border of wickedness, and, The people against whom the LORD hath indignation for ever.
The shal even declares peace, so distinction is befalling them simultaneously.

Eze 7:25 KJV Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.
1Th 5:3 KJV For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
The wicked cannot prevail even if it took them years of planning to do so.
